I decided to start Forte Fitness & Boot Camps in January to support my husband, Russ, after he decided that he needed to exercise & lose a few pounds. I have attended a bums & tums class for the last 12 years or so & therefore thought that I was quite fit - I didn't know what had hit me after the first session!! The first week is a killer, but the motivation that Rob provides just keeps you going.
Rob advises you to take a photo of yourself when you first start, just for your own record. I didn't do this, as I honestly thought that my body shape wouldn't change that much, how wrong I was. I have lost a stone in weight & the inches have just dropped off. In Rob's words I feel "awesome".
The nutritional information that Rob provides is great, it is not a diet, it is a healthy eating lifestyle. Russ & I now plan our meals for the week & everything is cooked from fresh. We have tried loads of different recipes & share these with the other boot campers.
I started the class not knowing a sole, apart from Russ obviously, & can honestly say I have made some great new friends. Everyone is supportive & work as a team.
Being in my fourth month I think this shows that I am well & truly hooked. Thank you Rob for your motivation, advice & sharing your passion for fitness.

I have now completed 2 four week bootcamps with Robert Westerburg and Forte Fitness and Boot Camps.
I am more than ecstatic with the results that I have had, not only with my improved fitness but my change in lifestyle! I now eat a far better and balanced diet without feeling restricted as the food I am eating is fresh, organic and tasty, all this under the guidance and advice from the Head Coach, Rob.
The information and support awarded to every bootcamper is phenomenal, I have dropped over a dress size and a stone and a half in weight. It isn't all about the weight my general health has improved and my confidence. The bootcampers provide a support network and motivation for each other.
I couldn't be happier, so much so I will be continuing on the next four weeks!

I started Forte Fitness and Boot Camps in January after finding it on Facebook, I was sceptical when i read up on the results but thought I would give it a go.
I was sick of going to gyms and to be honest hated going into them, this is totally different you dont get that feeling of dread when you walk in.
Everyone is in the same boat and there for the same reason, everyone is so friendly and I can honestly say I've met some great people here, and made new friends.
The first week was the hardest for me but gladly I stuck to it, I have had lots of help from Rob with my nutrition and really stuck to my goals.
Im so happy I have done this for the last 2 months as you can see from my pictures this Boot Camp really works, never felt this way before in my life, my fitness are the highest they've ever been and I am enjoying cooking and eating healthy food. Anyone who says this doesn't work is an idiot in my eyes and I am living proof it does.
Just wanted to thank Rob for his help in meeting my goals, I couldn't do it without you mate, your an inspiration to me and all the Boot Campers, thank you.

Rob, I just wanted to thank you for an amazing month at bootcamp, it's my first and it most definitely won't be my last.
I'm starting to see changes in my body that I've never got from months at the gym.
Working out in the group is so much fun, they are a lovely, amazing bunch but your encouragement, motivation and support are the key to the camps success. I can't recommend the Boot Camp enough.

After travelling a few years ago I put on a few extra pounds and although I managed to shift most of the weight my clothes were still not sitting how I wanted and I just wasn't happy with what I saw in the mirror (I wasn't 18 anymore). Thats when I started at the gym and on the road to the various slimming groups.
I knew that in reality what I needed to do was get fit and tone up and that it was inches I needed to lose and not really the weight.

I have been going to Forte Fitness and Boot Camps for 4 weeks now and I have noticed a big improvement in my fitness levels and body shape.
I really enjoy the Boot Camp and Mr Westerburg is a fantastic guy, he always motivates me and pushes me to work that little bit extra. The programmes are designed brilliantly and takes me to my limits. Always feeling energised and motivated at the end of each session, which is what I am after.
The boot campers that go are brilliant and made me feel welcome, they are really friendly and motivate you.
If you are not there your missing out on an oppurtunity, and a big shout out to Robert Westerburg for helping me on my way to avhieving my goal.

I first heard about bootcamp when my friend Jenna joined up for the 4 week sessions and after seeing her before and after pictures I wanted to give it a try.
Since I work shifts I didn't sign up for the 4 week course but I can still go and just pay as I train. It is a great atmosphere to train in as everyone is friendly and encouraging, including Rob who pushes you to your limit to ensure you get the maximum benefits.
I have tried going to gyms and fitness classes but I could never get myself motivated enough to put in enough effort to see a great improvement. However at bootcamp I want to work hard and push myself, and in the 4 weeks I've been going (including 4 missed sessions due to work) I have seen some good results.
At the beginning of the 4 weeks I was a dress size 10-12 and now I am a size 8-10 and feel great. Bring on the next 4 weeks and see what happens next...watch this space!
The Boot Camp that Robert runs certainly puts you through your paces. I'd never done anything like this before (or much exercise for that matter) but I've really enjoyed participating over the last month or so.
I can definitely feel a difference in my fitness levels and I've lost 1.5 - 2 inches from my chest and waist in the 4 weeks, I won't lie...its hard work but we all keep coming back for more.
Its a friendly place and Robert makes sure you're doing everything right by looking out for you. He gives just the right amount of encouragement to make you push for that little bit extra so you get the most out of the exercise regime.
Great stuff Robert, keep it up!

Robert's personal training session was great.
I have problems with my joints and muscles and so needed a programme which was suitable but still challenging.
Robert made sure he knew exactly what the medical issues were and offered expert advice on how to overcome these problems when training.
His programme and the session was carefully tailored, motivating, sensitively planned and delivered and most of all it was still very challenging! I am looking forward to my next one and would definitely recommend anyone who needs a more specifically tailored programme to organise a session with him. Thanks Robert!"

My reason for attending Boot camp is to help improve and maintain my physical fitness and overall health and wellbeing. Also to help with weight loss (and to lose my unwanted inches). When I joined I also had the added bonus of enjoyment and meeting new people
I have tried numerous diets; running and other exercises over my (young) fourty years!!! But within my first week of boot camp I can already feel and see an improvement, thanks to our personal trainer, Rob. This has made me feel empowered to continue doing what I am doing.
There is plenty of variety in each class such as, running, boxing, skipping, resistance training and not forgetting the spiderman push ups (this is one I want to conquer), and loads more with each session being different so there isn’t a chance of getting bored.
At the end of the 4 weeks I will be a Boot camp Ninja …… Thanks Rob ;0)
